Finally! A loaf of home made wheat bread that doesn't feel like a brick and doesn't need to be fed to the poor ducks! After school my children actually devoured it! I'd like to thank Emmy Bloom for the recipe, my mom for all her love and support and of course my kitchen-aid mixer! Thank you!! Thank you!!! (roaring applause emanating from the Internet)

YAY!! I recently experienced the euphoria when I mastered a bread recipe....I finally decided it was all those other recipes...not me! Congrats...you domestic girl you!
Will you share the recipe? I've never had much luck with homemade bread either although I have certainly tried!
